He led space projects and localization initiatives, and supported space innovation and accelerator programs. Ammar has held advisory and leadership roles with government entities and space technology companies, covering key areas including space economy, Earth observation, SATCOM, space technologies, and astronomy, while enabling international partnerships and investment. He holds Executive Professional Education in the New Space Economy from MIT and an MBA.
