Dr Abdulaziz Alsawai brings extensive experience across education, business, and strategic and legislative consulting. He served as a Member of the State Council (2019–2023), contributing to key legislation and policy studies that strengthened the investment environment, advanced human-capital development, and supported education and technology progress in line with Oman Vision 2040He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ETCO Space, leading the company’s alignment with national priorities through the development of local and international partnerships.Dr Abdulaziz holds a PhD from Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in science and education, in addition to a specialised diploma in parliamentary diplomacy
