Jérémy Hallakoun is a specialist in international relations and European space policy. He is working in the European Space Agency as both an administrator in international relations and in the cabinet of ESA Director General in charge of French affairs.He served as Political Advisor for Space Affairs at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, coordinating France’s international and European space strategy and representing the country at ESA, the EU, and the UN. He managed key bilateral cooperations (USA, India, Japan, Europe, Africa) and supports crisis response and interministerial coordination.Previously, he led strategic technology initiatives at Eurospace, the European space industry trade association, including EU-funded programmes and industrial policy work. He began his career at Aerospace Valley and the ESA BIC, supporting innovation and start-ups. He holds degrees from CentraleSupélec, Ecole Normale Supérieure Lyon, and Sciences Po Lyon.
