Michele Scataglini is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and co-founder of the Oxford Space Initiative, where he works on space commerce and emerging space ecosystems. He has collaborated with leading space institutions including the European Space Agency, Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre, UNOOSA, and the Satellite Applications Catapult. Based in Dubai, he advises government agencies on large-scale innovation programmes across AI, fintech, proptech, and space-enabled services. Michele was previously a Partner at Silicon Foundry in Dubai and earlier held senior roles at EY, working with clients such as the European Commission and the World Bank.
