Mikhail Stepanov has graduated in aeronautical and space engineering from the two leading French higher education and research aerospace institutes ISAE-SUPAERO and ISAE-ENSMA, and also in international relations from the Sciences Po Toulouse political science institute. He has a 10 years’ experience in the industry in various companies as a system engineer and a project manager. Then he joined ISAE-SUPAERO where he is currently in charge of international affairs and works in particular on international collaborative educational projects in partnership with aerospace institutional, academic and industrial stakeholders. He is also responsible for a project management course for Advanced Masters. He had been the ISAE-SUPAERO representative in Pegasus (network of European leading aerospace universities) and AGUPP (network of Airbus group strategic partner universities) in 2014-2017. He has a sound knowledge of the aerospace higher education systems in Europe and worldwide, of the European space ecosystem and its stakeholders, and has an extended experience of cooperation with the aerospace industry and space agencies from various countries in human capital development.
