Sultan Al-Ruwais heads the Space Regulations and Licensing at Saudi Arabia’s Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST). He leads the development of national space legislation and regulatory frameworks, overseeing licensing, compliance, and cross-government coordination in Space. He previously was engaged in the regulation of telecom, Spectrum, and digital platforms in CST.
