Shri Victor Joseph holds Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. He serves as Associate Scientific Secretary, ISRO, playing a pivotal role in organizational planning, policy framing, resource management, mission planning, and inter-departmental coordination. And as Director of Technology Development & Innovation at ISRO HQ, he shapes technology roadmaps, fosters collaborative research, and expands ISRO’s technological horizons for strategic engagements and space commerce. With prior key roles at Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, lead center for launch vehicle development, he’s been honored with multiple ISRO Team awards and is a member of the International Astronautical Federation's International Project Management Committee.
